Please read all of my TOS before commissioning me/purchasing my designs
COMMISSION TOS
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.- You Must credit me for my work, whether it's via a profile picture or uploading it elsewhere. If I catch you removing my watermark and claiming it as your own, I reserve the right to blacklist you.- Please provide a clear reference of the character(s) you'd like drawn and any other specific things you need in your commission. I'd prefer if the reference image was digital as well.- My work is for personal use ONLY. If you want commercial use, please ask about my commercial fees.- Please be patient, I have a life outside of commissions. But please don't be afraid to ask for WIPs or a status on your order.- You are liable for PayPal fees. If you don't use USD, please be certain you can meet the exact price listed or given to you when you ask for a quote.- If ordering physical items, the buyer pays the shipping fees.- I will accept holds on anything over $25 USD- Do NOT use my art for NFT's or AI- Chargebacks = Blacklist
COMMISSION PROCESS
- If I have accepted your commission, I'll ask for all needed references upfront. I will not begin unless I have all the necessary information. You will be added to my Trello here.- Once a sketch is completed, I will Dm you it. It is only during this stage that you may ask for changes. If the change is too big (EX Whole new pose), I will charge you a small fee.- After the sketch is approved, I'll send you an invoice via Paypal. I will not continue unless payment is completed.- Once Lineart is complete, I will show you as well to make sure no information is missing. I will do the same for the coloring process.- Once the piece is completed, you will be sent the image and you will be moved to my FINISHED section in my Trello.- If you have ordered a physical artwork (Keychain or Standee) I will send you another invoice with the shipping amount. Once that is paid, I will make the order, then message you the tracking number once I receive it from my manufacturer.- Upon receiving the product(s), please message me with pictured to show it has arrived safely.
Will/Won't Draw
Will Draw:
- Feral/Anthro/Human(oid)s
- Original Characters (OCs)
(Closed Species, Non-Closed Species)
- Light Gore
- Any kind of ship of any sexuality (Excluding anything in my Won't Draw section)
- Legal Alcohol/Drugs if the character is of age to be using such
- Simple props/weapons
Won't Draw:
- NSFW
- Realism
- Mecha/Armor
- Anything problematic/illegal (ships: Child x Adult, Abuser x Abused, ect)
- Anything Political
- Zoophilia/Pedophilia (if you're a Zoophile or Pedophile, DNI. IMMEDIATE blacklist if I find you are one of these.)
- Anything can be added here as I see fit.
DESIGN TOS
- Please Credit me for any designs I do! You don't have to credit me every time it's drawn/used. Just don't claim it as your own.- When Purchasing please don't file a charge back or demand a refund after you've gotten your product. If you do so, I will not hesitate to Blacklist you.- If you are offering art on a design or character, you have 3 weeks to complete the payment. Extensions can be given if wips are shown. Anything over this without any communication will result in the transaction being voided.- Please Have A Toyhouse account for my designs! If you do not have one. I will provide you with a code to join.- Do not delete my designs off of TH. This is to keep track of them.- Don't copy my designs to a Tee. You may use colors (I don't own colors or palettes) but if I see you directly copying it completely, you will be Blacklisted.- If you break my TOS or get Blacklisted, you're able to own my designs but you will not be allowed to get new ones! Any designs you currently own before being blacklisted will belong to you unless you sell/trade them- Redesigns are allowed! Just not too heavy. They must still be recognizable.- Please don't sell my designs for more than their worth! If you purchase a design, that's their value unless you have extra commissioned work added on.
